HI everyone,

Just received some sample logo drafts from my graphic designer and would love your feedback on which one would be best. I'm accepting ALL input and criticism. If you think that neither one would adequately portray my VA biz, please let me know and I will refer the info to him for him to make adjustments....

Exactly what services are you offering?

I have to say, the second from the top is my clear favourite. I really like the cogs as the o and p, along with the colour and text layout.

I like the two cogs together where the O is one of the cogs because it reminds me of working seamlessly with a client...one dependent upon the other to make the work flow.

I might be reading too much into it but I go with those.

Are you also referring to the second one from the top?

Yes but the one at the very bottom at the right in the black has cogs closer together and I liked that one.

But any one of the cogs together is fine.

I like the second one too. One thing that did come to mind (and a problem I ran into) is sometimes you need a square logo (ex. 125x125px) and you need to also take this into consideration.

If I were to see the cogs alone I would not be thinking of admin or office service.

So you're thinking I need to have him change the cogs? Do you have any ideas as to what he could use?
Also, can you tell me in what instances should or would a square logo be needed or some examples? I want to make sure I have him complete a logo that I will need and can use!

I like the 1st and and the one at the bottom left in black and blue. ...and I agree with what would the cogs represent alone. Certainly your wheels are spinning, and you will come up with something if you decide to change the cogs. I don't have any suggestions in the moment.

I originally told him to provide me with a logo that represented the "optimal" part of my name or "optimized". I wanted something that would ignite this in the minds of viewers....

How about the word Optimal with the letter i representing an exclamation point. Optimal meaning the best possible solution maybe an exclamation point might get the message across - just a thought http://www.terripwilliams.com/optimal.htm
