Hello,

I’ve been in business since 2004 and have had some steady clients. I currently have a full time job and do this on the side. I am currently in the process of ordering new marketing materials and I would like to add a tag line however, I would like some feedback or suggestion on what you think. What we mainly to is document formatting, forms, database, creation of surveys and statistical analysis, outside evaluators of grants that are awarded to schools, PPT presentation, Excel documents, brochures, etc.

I would like to add the tag line to the business cards, postcards and website (which is currently under construction) so I can expand my client base.

The name of the company is Team Outsource, LLC – the tag line I am think about are the following but none of them are really jumping out at me.
1. Diminishing your workload while saving you time and money
2. Handling your workload
3. The only team you will need for your administrative or project needs
4. Administrative and workload support at its finest.

I thought I could get some assistance here since all of you are so talented and creative. I am open to any recommendations! Thanks.

I know you have decided on a company name and your post is about a tagline but I wanted to jump in here on the use of the word 'outsource'. I've said this before on VAF.

Outsource denotes to me a one way relationship between VA and client. The client outsources the work for someone else to do and is handing the work off. However, IMO a VA-client relationship is a two way relationship; a collaboration; a team effort. The word 'outsource' tells me that the relationship is not collaborative. It also reminds me of the overseas operations where use of the word outsourcing is prolific.

So my comments are this: If you use the word 'outsource' in your company name then consider a tagline which works to clarify the VA client relationship by using words such as 'partnership', 'collaboration', etc.

I like all the suggestions made. One thing to remember is that a tagline should be 7 words or less. It should be small enough to appear on all forms of marketing material as well as in your 3-5 second introductions when you are doing your network marketing.
