I like the name. It tells me you offer a large range of services.

Hi Marie, not to worry. I thought my business name was long at first too, but then I got used to it. More times than not, I just use 'Professional Business Services' as a shortcut. I think your business name is just fine.

Cecilia :-)

There are many businesses who -- among their acquaintances -- use an acronym to describe themselves in general conversation, just as you apparently do. And their e-mail address spells out the complete name. So you have the best of both worlds -- "CBO" flows in conversation, and your formal business name is great for introductory and marketing purposes.

The "outsourcing" part of it is certainly something that is well understood! As other discussions in these forums have pointed out, often it's the concept of virtual assistant that is not understood. I think you name choice gives you a very broad base for your business focus!

I think that your name is simple and precise enough that people will remember it. That's what counts. ;o)

I was thinking along with same lines as JLEVA - I like the CBO too. Maybe see if this domain is available, then you can point it to each other....Good luck!
