Have been reading all the posts for the past week or less and finally have my logo completed. I originally was going to go with my last name but ditched the idea and came up with something different. My only concern is that it is unbalanced. The blocks on the left are closer to the words than on the top right and the words "Virtual" and "E-ssitant" are too close together as well. It would appear that you might need to check the line leading.

But I do agree with the previous poster that you might want to work on spacing a bit.
