Logo feedback please
Hi everyone,
I can't decide between 3 fonts for my logo. Can you please take a look and let me know which one you prefer? Could be in terms of readability, ease on the eyes, prettiness, etc. etc. If you have any general comments about the logo design, feel free to share. Thanks!

Re: Logo feedback please
Gee, what a beeeooouuteeful logo! Did you do that? Wow! I like the first one, definitely not #3. The type in #2 stops the movement of the graphic, so there's a tension, a dynamic, know what I mean? In #1, the type makes the same movement as the graphic. So, I don't know. In a way, #2 is probably more eye-catching because it's more dramatic.
How's that for critique?

Re: Logo feedback please
I like #1 also.
I just shrunk it down in Photoshop and the tagline gets hard to read if you use the logo smaller than you show here.
Maybe don't bold that part?

Re: Logo feedback please
Thanks for the feedback!
I've noticed that the tagline gets hard to read, but I'm not quite sure what to do about it. I'll keep playing around with it.
Mary Ruth - Thank you! I created this with the Logo Creator, and it's been a work in progress for several weeks now. I'm not a graphic design person, so it's been tough for me to get it to look just right, 'specially since I don't really know how I want it to look! lol I see what you're saying about the type in #2 stopping the flow of the swoosh-y graphic (which I like because to me, it symbolizes the stroke of a pen when writing). But I also think the font in #2 looks more clean and modern, and it's easier to read when I use that font as the text for my business cards and letterhead. But, I am still leaning more towards #1. Decisions, decisions!

Re: Logo feedback please
Tammi, I too, like number 1 but would suggest doing the tagline in a solid, darker color, with no outline - that might help with the clarity issue when you resize, etc.
Also, unless you're going to be doing your site in a grey background, maybe try the logo on white - or even a much lighter grey - just to see how it looks.
Nice job! It's always great to see VAs taking the initiative with things like logo, etc. When it's done by you, your personal style and even a bit of personality shines through, which is a great touch.

Re: Logo feedback please
Hi Tess - good idea, I will try making the tagline one bold color and see if that helps. As far as the background goes, it started off as white but I thought that was a little too harsh. It's strange...when I created the background, it was much lighter than it shows up here. I'll play around with it some more tonight, see what I can come up with. Thanks for the input!

Re: Logo feedback please
Hi Tammi!
I like number one, also. In addition to Tess's thoughts on the tag line, it may help to move it down just a hair to keep it from interrupting the flow of the swoosh. Also, there seems to be some room to push the tag line words closer together...then you could make the font bigger and it would be readable at a smaller size. Does the logo creator let you do that?
Great job, though!! It definitely says "movement" and "motion" to me...which is a great characteristic for VA's! It shows you're ready to get things done for your clients!

Re: Logo feedback please
Thanks, Deb! I appreciate your comments.
Brianna - Thanks for your input! It's great to hear from a graphic design pro such as yourself. I never thought about my logo conveying a message of movement, but I'm so glad it does!
I actually played around with the tagline a bit the other day and decided to make it two lines instead of one, to make it a bit more readable. I also implemented some of the other comments/suggestions from this thread. I'm pretty happy with the results (below), but I'd still welcome your thoughts.
Thanks again, everyone!
