Ladies and Gents,

I have my composition for my logo and wanted to get some input i cant seem to upward or paste it. My graphic designed sent me a smaller version which is only jpeg 68 kb but I cant upload. I dont want to give her the go ahead until I get some input. HELP!!!

Does it give you an error when you try? if so can you post it.

It tells me that Ive exceeded the kb amount so it does give me a error message.

Can you upload the image to Flickr or Photobucket and then provide the link here?

Or upload it to Picnik and resize it there to the specifications required.

Searching Google using 'how to resize a photo' offers more options.

Dystiny, just wanting to clarify are you referring to uploading it to your account here at VAF, as your avatar or profile pic? Or, are you trying to upload it elsewhere?

Are you trying to add it to your album here on VAF? That should be pretty straightforward and each picture can be quite big at just under 100KB per image. You'll want to make sure you have the right file type and use GIF or JPEG only (is it possible the file extension your designer sent you is a PNG or TIFF?)

When you go into your VAF profile there is an option on the right hand side to create an album. Give the album a name, click the 'Upload pictures' link in the bottom right and use the image uploader to select and add images.

Once you've got the images uploaded you can grab the URL and insert that into your post using the image option in the text editor ---> <--- and it should display correctly in your post.

I hope that helps! If all else fails, Janine's suggestion to upload to a site like Photobucket is a good option too.

Thank you for redirecting....I was actually getting ready to post a reply advising that the issue had been resolved. You Ladies Rock!!! The support here is so genuine.
