I just want to share with you my brand spankin new banner and logo.
I'm so happy with them that I just have to share!!

I paid a guy $20 for both (he was only asking for $11.11, but I felt generous)(he's from Egypt hence the low price).

Nice work!
If you can, ask for the native files (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) that way you can make changes if needed down the road.

It is very simple and elegant. I would be concerned that the name nor logo cannot be registered. Have you checked to see if the name is available for website use? Also, does it set you apart from other individuals and companies that do this work too? Just some thoughts.

What do you mean by that? Do you mean if the Domain is available?

I like to graphics but I agree with Time Balancers. According to your other thread, you cannot use the registered name. This will affect your brand as you are going to have to rename your company. How are you going to work that in with your banner and logo?

Hi Lee, I think I have a solution now. And it will be pretty easy to work in with my banner and logo and I won't have to change my domain, because your domain name legally doesn't have to be the same as your registered business name anyway. I'm going to call in tomorrow and ask if Phillipa - The Virtual Virtual Personal Assistant is available, which I'm pretty sure will be, because how many VA's in Western Australia can there be with the name Phillipa in their business name? Also, it will fit in with my email address which is phillipa@thevirtualpersonalass istant.com (am I allowed to write that on here?)

It is too close to the individual who currently has the name without the "The" but they might be able to file a cease and desist order to have you stop using the name. Personally, I would find another name. Also, just because you have the domain name does not mean that in the legal community you can use the name. Sorry to be such a nay sayer.

I actually have my business name registered now. It is Phillipa - The Virtual Personal Assistant.
So it is all legal and I have changed my banner and logo to reflect that.
Thanks for your concern though.
