As was discussed in a prior thread, "portal" is a difficult word to use with a tagline. It didn't really indicate what you do and the taglines suggested became very 'wordy'.

I like the use of Ace in your name and the idea of winning. It shows action and describes your contact with the client...a winning combination between VA and client. It denotes a collaborative, winning team effort.

I commend you on your perseverance in your quest to come up with a suitable company name and tagline.

Thanks for your response and opinion. I wanted the concept of Expertise in my Business Name and when I researched the alternatives for Expert, I came across Ace. So, I thought of connecting the expertise to Ace. That's why you'll see my tagline has the word expert or expertise

HELPFUL HINt: This is probably too late, but before you purchase domain name -- I would check to see if name is being used by some other business as well i.e. online google search and if you are in U.S. can look under secretary of state website -- just because a business does not have that domain name, does not mean it is not already registered as a business with that name.

I'm another voice that's late to the party, but I agree with Janine, I like the Ace and Winning concept a lot. You just need to adjust your tagline so that it's your client that has the 'winning hand' rather than you having the winning hand.
So something along the lines of "Our expertise gives you the winning hand". Especially if your going to incorporate an Ace playing card in your design?

I totally agree, you want to give your client an advantage, because of your expertise and you want to highlight that your services give them the edge.

I love the name that you already have because there are endless amounts of taglines you can come up with. But If you really do decide to change your name because you added a new list of services just make sure that that's the name you want and It's permanent. Because what happens If you take on a new list of skills. Would you change It agin? that'll be kind of inconsistent and It's always great to show consistency. Best of luck I'm sure with enough time and thought put into It you'll come up with something great

I think its a good decision to change the name. When I first read it I thought of a place Virtual Assistants may go such as a forum like this.
