Re: Finally have a logo and tagline...feedback please?
Roxie,
I am not a fan of the word 'affordable' for two reasons.
First, how does anyone know what is affordable to someone else? What I can afford to pay for services may be different from another person's ability to pay for the same services. So I think it presumptuous to use 'affordable'.
Second, I feel that the word affordable 'cheapens' the virtual assistant industry. I personally don't want to be recognized as affordable; rather I want to be recognized for the value, benefits and solutions which my skills bring to businesses.
Although I like the picture, as Fiona mentions, it does not brand your business. A logo should offer a memorable visual of what your company will offer clients.
Do you have a business plan? If so, that is good place to start to think about your target market, your services and the value you bring to the virtual assistance industry.
If the name of the company is Virtual Assistant by Roxie can you use your name to create a logo and a tag line? The 'x' is kind of neat in your name and could be the beginning of a good logo and a tag line.
Good Luck!
Janine
