I'm currently in school, but looking to start my own business after wards. I'm not a VA specifically but I wish to offer services in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and income tax.
I'm considering a business name but would like to hear other peoples opinions before I go ahead and reserve the business and domain name.

Well, I guess I'll be the first to rain on your parade. I own a marketing company so, a little of this advice comes from that background. Personally, I don't get your message and how it relates to your administrative offerings. Not that it's not cute - it is. But, you will be working and prospecting to all types of businesses. And you want to send a strong message that you are all about an administrative type business. You're doing the right thing by asking opinions. I still do that and get shot down a lot when someone else sees what I don't see.
I think the 'Sapphire' part could be a good place to branch out and work from but I defer to Anne's statement about the tagline not really working well to give a strong impression/message about your business.
