I finally came up with a business name that did not already exist. My proposed business name is VersaNamic Solutions (I used a combination of the words versatile and dynamic, which explains the type of support that I will be offering. The tagline is "Worry-free support for a changing environment".

Since I will be starting out part-time I'm not sure if it's worth adding the LLC or not.

I would love to get feedback from everyone as to what you think of the business name, tagline, and whether or not I should start out as a Sole Proprietor or an LLC.

I think that's a really good name and I love your tagline. If you can afford it and are willing to go through all the red tape (I think it's more work to apply for an LLC), I think it's better to become an LLC because it has a bit more protection for your personal assets than a Sole Proprietorship. But, you can always do the SP now and then change to an LLC later when it's more affordable or makes more sense to you to do so.

The name is great! I encourage filing for an llc right away so that it shows your business being established 'sooner than later.'

I love the word combo, I think it's very catchy, although you may have to explain that to a lot of people - but that gives you a great talking point And your tagline sounds great, I think it fits your business name and your common theme.

On the LLC bit. I do plan on registering as an LLC.. but not yet. I am going to wait until I become more profitable to do so after discussion with my accountant it just seems more feasible. Not that I don't want to invest in my business, however, it just fits better for me right now to wait a little while before doing so.
