The overall look of your logo is sharp, clean, professional. But may I ask, why don't you have your logo on your website? I went to your site to see how your logo blended in, to kinda help me to understand. But overall, I really like your logo.

i like the layout, the colors and the overall feel, but have to agree with the rest of the ladies as to the image connection. perhaps if you added a tagline such as "helping your business grow," it might help to tie it all together, but even then...

I like it. I see two things in it. First, a big check mark. Meaning (to me) right, correct, good. The second thing I see a stylized hand growing out of the ground ready to reach up.
You should do some off-line tests to see if the logo fits in the rest of your website. Then if you not at least 80% happy don't use it. There can be nothing more frustrating then having branded your business with and image your not happy with and then try to change it later. Changing for a new fresh feel can be fine, but any changes are going to make customers go, "Why did you have to change it?" If your answer is I was unhappy with it then they may see it as you may be unhappy with your business altogether.
WOW, thanks for the feedback all of you ladies, i actually became fond of the logo and what it represents so i am going with it for the moment as it is, but i will consider changing the tagline
