Hey There Everyone-
I've been wanting to start blogging for forever and a day. Well, I have no excuses now, VAF has made it too easy not too. I read alot of blogs, especially if I find your post informative or entertaining...chances are if you blog, Yep - I read it.

The VAF is growing by leaps and bounds. New members signing up all the time. I guess that just means the Virtual Assistant Industry is becoming better known.

I can't speak for everyone else but I have made so many connections here at VAF - there are so many knowledgeable people here willing to offer there opinion and/or experiences. Most of the time all in good spirits as well.

Ok. This is my first Blog - not sure how I've done, but here it is. Just because I said I read alot of blogs, doesnt mean I know what the heck I'm doin, lol.

Way To Go Kena

Okay, Kena, you have done your first blog...is the pressure off now.

Because the pressure is on me now. Well, it is self imposed, but nevertheless, it is there.

Maybe you can answer this question for me. I am not exactly sure what I am to blog about here. Am I suppose to blog about VA related issues, personal or anything (appropriate) goes!

I am a little confused because I want to get started but I am still somewhat nervous at this point.

Again, way to go, girl!

Good Question -tsmith.. I have often wondered that myself. My personal opionion your blog doesnt necessarily have to be all business. I dont think it should be all FUN related either. Probably depends on where your posting your blog. I just figured I would get on here and talk about whatever was on my mind - most on here know I have no problem talking about that.

My clients love the fact that I'm not serious 24/7. I have been told by several clients they enjoy my emails and phone calls - basically because they never know what's next with me. lol - Dont get me wrong, I take my work and working relationship very serious. And, can be a business professional when need or have to be.

So, basically I think it depends on you and what you want to portray

I appreciate and agree with your opinion about having professional/personable(sometimes fun) relationships with clients.

You and I go way back now...you were one of the first and few to welcome me to the forum...I will always remember that.

I still have not decided if I am going to start a blog but I am seriously considering it. It is also a good service to offer to my potential clients.
