HOW TO: submit an event to the Virtual Assistant Forums Calendar

The Virtual Assistant Forums Calendar is open for event posting by ALL registered members - you can add your own free events, events you are aware of that you think others may benefit from, your business anniversaries, goal dates, etc. to the calendar for public viewing. It's easy to add your own listings to the calendar, simply click the 'EVENTS' link in the main menu and select 'Submit Event' - follow the steps to add your information. There is no limit to the number of calendar submissions members may submit but all listings will be moderated by the forum administration and are subject to approval.

Be sure to include ALL necessary information including:
- event title
- event date
- event time
- a short event description
- registration or other destination URL
- cost
- any other important, relative information

We can not guarantee that your event will be listed. Priority is given to active forum members.

Once approved, your event listing will appear in both the calendar itself as well as at the very bottom of the VAF home page in the list of upcoming events.
