7 Interesting Things About Me

I was recently approached with the task of disclosing 7 interesting things about me via another blog. Initially, I thought, I am not that interesting. Then I thought this was just silly. Please note that I also thought the same thing about Twitter but I really enjoy it now. Anyway, I think this is a perfect opportunity for those that do not have blogs to start one here. Also for those that have not blogged in a while to get back into the Blogosphere.
Everyone has a story to tell. Here are 7 things that you may find interesting about me.
1) I lived in Florida for 10 years prior to my relocation to Indiana in July. However, I am originally from Racine, WI.
2) I served 4 years in the United States Air Force. Great stepping stone and I met lots of interesting people.
3) I really enjoy food. Currently my favorite restaurants are Chick-fil-A, Culvers and Bob Evans. All of which my family are frequent guests. I know...nothing fancy...we are a family on a budget.
4) I really enjoy potatoes. I am open to most potato options: mashed, whipped, scalloped, fried, chips, baked ...well, I am sure you get the point. Do I sound like Bubba from Forest Gump? Remember? He loved shrimp.
5) Graduated from University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL in 2003. BS in Legal Studies.
6) I am married to my high school sweetheart. I was married at 20 and I do not regret a day of it. He is awesome. We have two great children. 1 boy and 1 girl. I believe we are living our American dream.
7) And most importantly...I have a great love of Christ. I live for him because he died for me.

I loved learning more about you - thanks for taking the time to give us some insight into who you are and what is important to you. I especially liked number 6 - that is so sweet! And I was impressed to read that you were in the Air Force - it takes one tough chica to fill those shoes. Congratulations on a happy, healthy marriage and family and thank you for sharing your bright and sunny outlook with us
