We are often approached by individuals asking us to clarify the meaning of a virtual assistant (VA). Here is how I define a VA. I wholeheartedly agree with you that many VAs are previous employees who worked hard to build success for others, never to be recognized - now, pouring that same energy into their own practices and the businesses of their clients they are true assets in the business world. Well said
