We all have questions that rattle our brains day to day or problems that we seek to find an answer to. It is very easy to get wrapped up in the detail and complexity of a situation.

Keep it simple!
A ball of string that is tied in random knots can be a pretty big nuisance, but if we can find the core knot that is causing the most trouble then the other knots don't seem so bad!
Likewise, if we can find the primary question or root of our problems, the solution becomes more clear. Whether in research, business, science, or life, I believe we should all step back and look at what the core question or problem is in our unique situation.
