Constantly Seeking Excellence

Yes, I am good at what I do, yes I am confident enough in my ability that I can speak that without any doubt of my performance. But, I am never satisfied and always seeking to do better and better. To do that quote faster, to make it just as good in less time, or better in even less time! My goal is to always not only try my best, but try to do it better than I did the time before. Without striving for excellence continuously, I find that complacency sets in. I start thinking, well, I can do that in 15 minutes, so I’ll just wait until I’m ready and do it…when I should be thinking, I can do it in 15 minutes, but let me try to do it now in 10! Or, let me see how I can spruce this up a bit more in that same 15 minutes, something, anything, to just be better than before.
I don’t want to be doing the same thing I was doing even this time last month anymore, I want to see results and see myself grow and excel in ways I would never dream possible. Why? Well, quite frankly, Why NOT?
If we continually try to improve our lives, our selves, our jobs, our attitudes, our actions, we can only become more and more successful along the way!

Confidence is really a non-negotiable when it comes to finding long-term success as a small business owner - you've definitely got the right attitude. Make it count!
