I'd like to meet Jillian from "The Biggest Loser" because I need a personal trainer real bad!
It's not enough to just go to my local YMCA and work out following a book, there is something about having a workout buddy join me, that gets me to move more.
On the bright side, tonight I worked out and my 4 dd went with me (the 3 oldest worked out with me, in around about way
I guess I just need someone to yell at me (positively) to get me to see how much I really am capable of doing! Sort of like a drill sergeant

Doesn't Jillian have a few exercise DVDs?
Then she can 'yell at you' via the screen while you work out.Sweet that your daughters go with you to the gym! |
