A great cleaner that can be made with ingredients you probably have on hand…
2 t vinegar or lemon juice
1 t borax
1 t baking soda
1/4 t dish soap
2 C hot water
Combine all ingredients in a clean spray bottle and shake well. For a really sticky mess, spray with the cleaner and let it sit for a few minutes before wiping.
Can be used on counter tops, sinks, glass, and other hard surfaces.

This may be obvious to everyone else but I don't know what Borax is?? We use a grapefruit-based mix that's wonderful - not a single chemical.
For my floors and glass I use vinegar and water - clear and simple. With a teeny little girl in the house who puts everything in her mouth I want to be extra careful. Kudos to anyone who goes to the extra effort to make their own! |
