One quick and easy way you can gain even more exposure for your professional virtual assistant blog (or any blog for that matter) is to submit the blog for inclusion to the search engines as well as some of the bigger blog aggregators.
Most of the major search engines now include blogs in their results on the news pages of their search facilities, usually in the sidebar; giving your blog an even greater chance of turning up as a result when someone searches by keyword (assuming you have blog post content and titles that match the keyword being searched for).

There's a great resource called FeedSubmitter where you can add your RSS and click ONCE to be submitted to ALL of the following sources:
Google Blog Search
Google Ping
Technorati
Technorati Ping
Blogdigger
BloogZ
BlogStreet

Just click here to enter your RSS and email and your blog will automatically beindexed by these sites.

P.S. I just tried this myself and the submission failed for all but Technorati, Google Blog Search, and Google sitemap Ping - but those three are the most important...not sure if the other failures are a result of my bad connection or the feedsubmit service not being able to connect to the other site....in any case - is absolutely worth it just to get your blog included in the other three major options!
