This describes it better than I ever could: "Chicklet is a term that is used to describe a small icon or small picture that is usually besides a posting on a blog, an article, or a web page. Usually this chicklet is orange but, can be any type picture or color. This icon or picture is an indication that an RSS feed or some other type of media that can be obtained by clicking on the chicklet."
