Hello everyone,

I've been wanting to blog for a while, and today wrote my first one! Although I will occassionally blog about my VA business, right now I am blogging about everyday events and issues.

I'm really new to blogging, and look forward to hearing comments. I'm still trying to figure out how to link to my business website, and other things, but I'm reading all the info.

Hi Pat! Good luck with your blog. It looked great! Friday the 13th is a good day to start writing. I also have just started a wordpress blog and find it difficult to come up with original ideas. I am also doing a monthly newsletter and I try to not overlap. Hope you have better luck than I do keeping up with it all.

Thanks Pam, I appreciate the nice words! I too, am kind of wondering how I'm going to keep up with Twitter, WordPress, my business, and oh yeah, my life! But I'm sure it will all come together with great time management. LOL

I noticed that your blog is linked into your profile here at VAF, and I know I went into the edit options, and put my address there, but it's not showing yet. I know there was a bit of a delay with Twitter, so possibly the same thing happens with the blog.

New settings do take a few hours sometimes to adjust. But I found the hard way, like you are doing, that you your url address for your blog ends in /feed. Add that to your address and see if it works.
