While wandering the web I came across a reference to this post (http://mashable.com/2007/06/19/blogging-toolbox/) on mashable.

It's a list of 120+ resources for bloggers. Granted, it's a year old and some might be out dated, but it's still a comprehensive and useful list so hopefully it'll help. I think the tips section is probably the best and the one I'll spend most of my time reviewing in depth. Just from a quick scan (don't have time to look deep right now) I think this is going to be a great resource.
