I'm right there with you...completely prefer to hold a paper copy in my hands as opposed to reading it online. I spend enough time on the computer for work all day, and my eyes need a break once in a while!
I actually printed out my copy of Darren's e-book myself and put it in a 3-ring binder for easy access. But might be easier just to buy the paperback and save yourself the trouble!
