The article has some good points but I feel it needs to be amended - hope you don't mind my saying so.
I'd relook at your wording - make it more succinct. Also look out for VA's - it should be VAs. The apostrophe is not needed for plural. So #2 Professional VAs pride themselves (not prides).
Points #6 & #9. Definitely don't use the 'employee' word. We have a hard enough time now teaching clients that we're business owners. Don't fall into the trap of using the terminology they use.
#9 1099 - I believe that's in the US. What if the client engages someone from another country or are you focusing on your own services? It needs rewording.
