This version limits you to 20 vendors. Having said that, you'll quickly outgrow the free package and no doubt, have to reenter data into your next application.
If you're eventually going to embrace Quick Books, then it becomes a question of how long will the interim be?
If I were you, I would contact Quick Books to see if there is an automatic transfer of data once you've installed the full program and if they offer some incentive to upgrade.
