Something I have been wondering about is defining time frames for different tasks. Have you gone through a list of your services and defined the processes to complete and the time involved? Or do you just complete the task and bill for time spent? As we all know many things could make a 3 hour task take 5 hours. If it is taking longer because you are not as experienced at something or had personal distractions I would imagine you would adjust your time. Do any of you eat time for one reason or another? Is there a standard somewhere to gauge by?
