I haven't worked on her blog before. She mostly hired me to help her with Facebook, and then had this weird thing happen in her blog where most of her sidebar widgets disappeared and the strange characters where in her blog posts. She just asked me to take a look at it to see if I could help. My WP skills are pretty limited- which I told her, but I said I'd check to see if we could figure out the problem. I haven't worked on her blog at all so I'm not sure if there was any new plug-ins added or even what version of WP she is using. She's not very tech savvy and can't really answer my more technical questions. She has a web person but hasn't been able to get a hold of them.
