I have used the system.
I tried the free version of it to see if it would fit my needs. The only caution is, determine early if you want to continue using the software. It will lock you out and all your project information locked in if you go over 100 activities in a month's time. Of course, your information will remain on their server until the 1st of the following month under the free plan or unless you pay for the upgrade version. Then your information is released immediately.
Otherwise, very user friendly. I love how the milestones work in line with the tasks. It keeps you on point per project. You can pull up outside files and attach them to the corresponding project. Other bells and whistles. Not to bad for a project management program if you have a lot to keep up with.
