I am working on this type of project for a client now. I understand how to do this but have a quick question for anyone who has done this before. The spreadsheet I am working with has all the necessary columns already. But the name column consists of both first and last name. When I import this to Outlook will it give me a problem? Should the name column be two columns - first name, last name? I don't want to get all the way through this and find out I needed to split them up because Outlook requires two fields. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
