My problem was that I had to download it using right click like you had suggested Liz...I got it going..the files really are pretty bad, but I'm going to keep looking there for chances to practice..I know I certainly can not start with heavy accents and more than 2 speakers...I really need to practice a lot before I take on a transcription job...it is fun...but it's not something just anyone can do, and I see that now.
