You installed the RSS Feeder application specific to that page. You need to also install the app specific to the new page and then set it up with the RSS feed. Applications need to be added each time for each page.

Also, check Edit page and review what's listed there. The app may indeed be there but won't show up as a tab or a box until you've configured the settings.

I've also found that most of the RSS Feeder applications in Facebook do not work correctly most of the time. I've always had more luck importing the feed in using the Notes application.
