You are off to a good start. You have good information on your site. Here are my two observations.....
I like the idea of the keyboard keys for your letters on your company name, but it's kind of hard for the eyes to read the words when each letter is in its own "block". Maybe experiment a bit with having the first letter be in a keyboard key and then the rest of the word in regular type.
On the Projects page, the red book and pencil kind of seem out of place. You have plenty of white space there that you could insert a complete image of a book and pen/pencil there.
