Thanks for posting this Erin! What I do is under each client name, I list the projects that need to be done. Then I prioritize and enter them in to whichever day or hour of the week that the project needs to be in. Normally, there are always open time chunks during each day that I use to schedule prospect calls or those last minute projects that pop in every once in a while! I used to want to get everything done at once and that definitely doesn't work with a large client load! All my clients know that projects get turned around within 24 to 48 hours if routine, otherwise we always schedule in a due date in advance.
