I read all of my ebooks 1 chapter at a time (as time allows). As I read each chapter, I print the pages that have information that I want to reference later, highlight the info on the printed page, and insert the pages into my notebook, which is tabbed by subject, for future use.
Eventually, all of the ebooks get printed out double-sided and bound into report covers so that i won't ever lose the info.
