Default Re: I want to work for someone not myself?
Collette,

Being a business owner is not for everyone. Getting up and running is half the battle, staying there is the other. Is it worth it? I would say totally and I had some reservations in the beginning too. However, you do subcontract so you already know what it takes to get out there and find work. Often times people hear become a VA, work at home, your own schedule, etc. etc. and think I can do this since they have these skills, but soon find that having the skills and owing the business are not one in the same.

If you are unsure, continue to sub until you feel confident and ready that you want to be a (full-time) business owner. Is it cold feet? Only you will know that and it is okay if you want to continue on the way you are.

Whatever you choose, there is no right or wrong answer. Some folks love being an entrepreneur and others just don't.

Best of luck in your decision, and let us know if we can be of any support to you.
