I'm glad to know that there is no rule set in stone about using "I" or "We" when there is only an "I". I was wondering about that myself and, to be honest I have been using "We" but felt guilty because I'd feel like I was advertising falsely or giving a false impression of my business by making potential customers think "I" am a larger business than I really am. So, now, I'll probably start using "I" just to make myself feel better. I hope it doesn't hurt my chances of growing my clientele.
