When I go there, Brandy, I see two menu bars - one on top of the other.

They each have the same items, but the bottom one has smaller font and has no dropdown arrows.

The top menu bar does have dropdown arrows that work in Services and Contact Us (the About has a dropdown arrow, but nothing shows up in it). I can either click on the dropdown or hover over it - either way shows the options.

I'm using IE 7 right now - maybe that makes a difference to what you see.
