Tess: When a client or potential client requires a service I do not offer I refer or try and find someone who would be a good fit or look for an alternative solution which would work for us. Typically the only service I do not offer is web design, bookkeeping or answering phones. I have a bookkeeper and web designer I have partnered with and I recommend Onebox or Ruby Receptionist for phone work.
