I bought this book a while ago and kind of leafed through it, no time to read it from start to finish. I use it mainly as a reference book. I have to say it is a valuable addition to my VA book collection. I actually copy pages out of the book that I need and then I file that into specific folders for future reference. Diana and Kelly really have great startup advice & experience for new VAs. They offer great products that really deliver! I plan to get their newest e-book (sorry - dont know the name offhand) but it has a ton of templates (new ones) not in this book. Just didn't have the time yet to order. Thanks Diana and Kelly for these books. You make my life simpler
