Do you assist with gathering showing feedback on your real estate clients' listings? I know a lot of the online showing feedback systems cost a lot, and don't offer much for the price. Well I just wanted to share with you all a way cool showing feedback tool that I found and have started using for some of my clients. And it is totally Free!
Check out
www.ShowingFeedback.com. You simply enter your agent's listings, and then you add showings when they happen. The system sends the showing agent a survey for feedback, and when completed, a copy goes back to your agent and their seller. It's very cool and very easy. And we have found that it has a great response rate, rather than chasing down agents with phone calls.
The only thing it doesn't do is auto-import showing information from eKeys or the Supra lockbox systems (which ever the agents use, they're all different). So you have to enter the showings in there manually.
