Yep, that's why I did the 'print-your-own" thing at first - I was able to create 104 cards for under $6.50 (photocopy and cut) in b/w while I 'tweaked' the content until I was totally happy with it. Even with a full-color card on shiny paper the cost is just .49/page.
Also, Staples has a bogo on 100 cards right now ($29.99 for their design, don't know what they charge if you upload your own logo). The coupon is at
