Those are great questions for new twitter users. First, I would definitely add a Bio to your profile. Doesn't have to be much or greatly detailed - just something nice and catchy about yourself. As far as searches...I use
www.search.twitter.com . Once there you can do an advance search. Go to
this thread and add the VA's you feel fit and then pay attention to their followers to see if any of them interest you for you to follow. Another good
