On-line Registration Form - How?
Hi All,
I'm not very experienced at web site design and am trying desperately to learn more. I have a client who in the future would like to have a form on her site that people can fill in and send to her, registering for music lessons.
From what I've seen I can set up an on-line contact style form on the site and someone else suggested an online pdf, but I'm not sure how that works.
What would you suggest, bearing in mind my level of experience? I know how to design a form in Dreamweaver8 but haven't figured out how to get the info to me, although I think I now have a script from my web host that will help.
Any direction and assistance would be sooooo welcome!
