www.about.com has tons of courses in everything. There are a lot of different titles to choose from in the Web site category
HP Learning is free and has different courses in Web site training.
Lynda.com is $25/month but you have access to all their courses.
howstuffworks.com is another free site with videos
ehow.com is free and has videos also

I also have some other ones (too many to mention), if you need them just PM me and I will be glad to send them over. There is so much stuff out there its really information overkill I finally got my site up but it took a long time. I researched a host provider and domain provider until I found just what I was looking for and they are both awesome! Good Luck with it!
