Adobe.com allows you to download a 30 day trial of all there stuff. I recommend Dreamweaver and Photoshop
Your Local Library
I would investigate classes the Department of Labor give...you are drawing unemployement they may offer those classes free.

How that is a good start? BTW where is Copiague?
