Thanks for this good review, Tammi. I think Twitter is the most complex phenomenon online today. I do notice that while there are many users, an awful lot don't post very often. Though that doesn't mean they don't lurk. I've experienced the swift response of a corporation contacting me after I made a semi-disparaging remark about them ... Twitter's obviously great for customer service.
