Thanks!! Boy can I relate to the running circles. I think so many of us experience that. What used to help me was to try and focus on one thing at a time. (Easier said than done a lot of times). Like, one day I'm going to work on marketing via a press release and write a release. Then after that's finished I'd focus on sending it out. One day on networking, etc. Not that I wouldn't network throughout the week too, but on that one day I would really commit to doing more. It sure seemed to help me focus more.
