Contact forms are a great way for potential clients to get ahold of you - what about linking all of the places where you tell them to email you and then adding a drop down menu with the selections they can make (ie - Media Kit, Portfolio, etc.) Just a thought.
I didn't mean to actually get rid of the VAT mention but more to reword it so it's clear WHO it is that's not paying VAT - or maybe I just don't understand how that one works
'VAT is not payable' doesn't sit with me as a complete sentence.
